Live comfortably in our pet-friendly apartment homes in Kent, OH.

Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Maximum combined weight cannot exceed 200 pounds.
Non-refundable pet fee is $400 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $45 will be charged per pet.
Call office for a list of community breed restrictions.
